Grégoire Pfirsch

Grégoire Pfirsch has a wealth of experience in the fields of digital marketing analytics, customer experience, customer loyalty, market research, product management, and business development. Grégoire began their career in 1997 as a Market Research Assistant at NFO Infratest Burke (now TNS SOFRES). Grégoire then moved to the DANONE Group - EVIAN VOLVIC, where they held two roles: Business Development and Product Manager - EVIAN. In 1999, they became an E-Business Product Manager at FOTANGO.COM, where they developed the product and services offering and participated in the launching of the activity in France. Grégoire then joined ALTRAN in 2001, where they managed a business unit with a 3 Mo euros turnover, recruited and managed 30 people, and provided consultancy to clients. In 2004, they became the VP Sales & Marketing - Digital Marketing Analytics at CRMMETRIX, where they lead the development of European activities in the field of Digital Marketing Analytics, managed sales and provided consultancy. Grégoire then moved to METRIXLAB in 2011 as the Director of Development - Digital Marketing - Online Market Research. Finally, in 2014, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Q’emotion, a Machine Learning solution to detect and analyze people's emotions, based on customer reviews.

Grégoire Pfirsch received their MSG from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 1992 and 1996, majoring in Marketing. Grégoire then completed their DESS from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) between 1996 and 1997, majoring in Marketing Quantitatif.
