Sébastien MELLINGER serves as the Head of HSE - Europe and Head of HSE & ESG at Q ENERGY since November 2021. Involved with WindEurope since September 2019, MELLINGER contributes as a member of the Global Group Sustainability and the Task Force Recycling. An experienced speaker, MELLINGER has presented at various conferences on safety and innovative prevention approaches since 2008. MELLINGER has held multiple roles, including Head of HSQE EMEA Southern Europe at RES, and has participated in significant projects such as the offshore wind project in Saint-Brieuc. MELLINGER's educational background includes a Specialized Master's degree in Management Quality Safety Environment from CESI and additional qualifications from CentraleSupélec, CY Cergy Paris Université, and Université de Metz, focusing on environmental toxicology and public relations.
