Carlos Garduño has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Carlos is currently the General Counsel at Qenta Inc., where they are responsible for the overall legal and compliance strategy, advising management and business units, and serving as corporate secretary. Carlos is also a Member of the Digital Asset Regulatory Legal Alliance (DARLA).

Carlos Garduño has a Master's degree in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Escuela Libre de Derecho from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Law. Further education information is not provided for their earlier years, but it is known that they attended Bachillerato Alexander Bain at some point.
