Lauren K. Baer

Ms. Lauren K. Baer has served as Vice President, Human Resources and Community Investments for QEP since March 2018. Previously, Ms. Baer held the position of Director, Human Resources Operations. Prior to joining QEP, Ms. Baer served as Director, Human Resources of Latshaw Drilling Company from 2006 to 2012. Prior to 2006, Ms. Baer held positions in human resources and general management in the manufacturing and retail industries. Ms. Baer serves on the Executive Board for the Kareem Jackson Foundation and as a member of PEP (Power of Extended Philanthropy) for the Women’s Foundation of Colorado.
