Cullen Nicholl has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, primarily at QGenda, a cloud-based physician scheduling software company. Cullen started as a Senior Implementation Consultant in 2013 and worked their way up to Senior Director roles in Technical Account Management and Customer Success. Prior to QGenda, they served as an Engineering Co-op at the Center for Transportation and the Environment from 2010 to 2012.
Cullen Nicholl obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2013. In 2016, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI). Furthermore, in 2022, they acquired a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from SuccessCoaching.
