Jennifer Nicholson

Jennifer Nicholson, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, project management, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at QGenda since 2019, Jennifer has successfully led the development of a new product line by collaborating with various teams and integrating customer feedback. Prior roles include Professor of Management at Champlain College, where Jennifer instructed graduate courses in supply chain management, and multiple positions in management consulting, quality assurance, and product management at companies like Asure Software, Servigistics, and i2 Technologies. Jennifer holds two degrees in Operations Research from the University of Waterloo, further strengthening a robust background in supply chain and operational efficiency.
