Mahmoud al Mashal'Eh

Mahmoud Al Mashal'eh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mahmoud began their career as an IT Support Specialist at Najd National School, where they provided technical assistance from 2000 to 2003. Mahmoud then advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineer at Arab Medical Center (AMC) from 2003 to 2007. Mahmoud excelled in this position by leading the implementation team during the transition from a legacy system to a new Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). Mahmoud also provided technical support, reports, and statistics to different departments of the hospital. Mahmoud's most recent and significant role was with Q, where they held positions as Associate Director of Information Technology and Senior Information Technology Manager. In this capacity, they supervised and led various critical projects, including the shifting of Oracle ERP to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, implementation of Oracle EPM Hyperion modules, and migration from Oracle ERP to Dynamic 365 Azure cloud. Mahmoud also oversaw the implementation of online SharePoint and ManageEngine Desktop Central and Service Desk systems. Mahmoud's extensive experience with supporting Oracle EBS Finance, Purchasing, and HRMS modules further solidifies their expertise in the field.

Mahmoud Al Mashal'eh completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Jordan, from 1995 to 1999.
