Shannon Ballance

Shannon Ballance is a Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on education and training. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development & DEI at QHR Technologies since July 2023, Shannon oversees learning objectives and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies. Previously, Shannon worked as a Workplace Learning & Engagement Consultant at the University of British Columbia, creating engagement experiences that align with the institution's values and culture. With a strong background in training and development, Shannon has held positions such as Learning and Development Lead and Instructional Designer at QHR Technologies, and Manager of Training & Compliance at Strategic Aviation Services Ltd. Education includes a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of British Columbia.
