Isabella Geldmacher is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager for Learning & Development at QIAGEN since April 2025, Isabella has held various roles, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Utimaco from November 2021 to March 2025, and Learning & Development Consultant for Germany and the Netherlands at Arla Foods from November 2017 to October 2021.
