Joseph Pearson

Joseph Pearson currently serves as the Global Product Manager for OmicSoft within QIAGEN Bioinformatics, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Associate Director and Senior Scientist, overseeing OmicSoft Customer Support. Joseph's career includes significant positions at OmicSoft Corporation and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where responsibilities included leadership in customer and development support as well as research into gene expression regulation using Drosophila models. Joseph earned a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, where also a graduate student and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Redlands.
