Ben Williams

Ben Williams has extensive work experience in risk advisory and audit services. Ben is currently working as a Business Partner for Corporate Risk at QIC since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte Australia as a Director in Risk Advisory from an unknown start date until August 2022. Ben also held the position of Director of Audit Services at the Department of Transport and Main Roads from an unknown start date until 2020. Before that, they worked at PwC Australia for a significant period, starting as a Senior Manager in Risk Assurance in 2004 and holding that role until 2019. From 2015 to 2016, they also served as a Senior Manager of Operations and Change - Assurance National at PwC Australia. Ben Williams also has international experience, having worked at PwC Canada in Risk Advisory Services from 2008 to 2010. Continuing their education, Ben pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce (BACom) at the University of Canberra from 2000 to 2003, majoring in Accounting & Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Ben has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Notably, they became a Chartered Accountant through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, although the specific date is unknown.
