David Heinemann

David Heinemann has a diverse work experience spanning several years. David started their career at QDL Pharmaceuticals in 1991, where they worked as an Application Programmer for over five years. In 1997, they joined Kelly Services UK as an Analyst Programmer. After two years, they moved to Brisbane City Council in 1999, where they worked as a Support Officer for eight years. Their most recent position was at QIC, where they started in 2007 as a Software Support Analyst. The duration of this role is unknown.

David Heinemann holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Computing and Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland, where they attended from 1987 to 1990. David also completed their high school education at Oakey State High School from 1982 to 1986. In 2007, David pursued a Grad Dip of Applied Finance at Kaplan, which they completed in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft PL-500T00 - Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification from Lumify Group in May 2023, the Sitecore Advance User certification in February 2015, the ITIL Intermediate Certificate Operational Support & Analysis from BCS in December 2013, and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS in March 2012.
