Erin Clark has over 13 years of work experience in the real estate and investment management industry. Erin is currently serving as the Development Director at QIC since August 2021. Prior to that, Erin worked at QICGRE, where they held the position of Investment Manager from August 2019 to November 2021. Before their role at QICGRE, Erin worked at QIC as an Investment Manager from December 2017 to August 2019. In this role, they managed the net income, capital expenditure, total returns, and development management of the Westpoint town centre. Erin also led the asset and development team through a significant carpark works project. Additionally, they worked closely with different departments and external consultants to drive growth and improve the value and performance of the core asset and associated properties.
Prior to their tenure at QIC, Erin joined the company as an Investment Manager in September 2014 and served until July 2017. During this period, they were responsible for the strategic asset management of the net income, capital expenditure, total returns, and development management of US town centre assets under management. Erin collaborated with leasing, property management, and funds management divisions, as well as external stakeholders, to enhance the value and performance of the town centre assets and associated properties.
Before their role as an Investment Manager, Erin was an Investment Analyst at QIC from December 2013 to August 2014. Erin provided assistance in the strategic asset management of the net income, capital expenditure, total returns, and development management of US town centre assets under management. Erin worked closely with various departments and external stakeholders to drive growth and improve the value and performance of the assets.
Prior to joining QIC, Erin worked as a Valuer at Jones Lang LaSalle from August 2008 to March 2011.
Erin Clark completed their secondary education at Brisbane Girls Grammar School from 2000 to 2004. Erin then pursued a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Real Estate & Development from The University of Queensland, graduating in 2009.
