Joanna Lavender

Joanna Lavender has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joanna is currently working at QIC as the Head of Business Partnering, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Business Manager - Real Estate at QIC from February 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining QIC, Joanna worked at Arcadis for a significant duration. Joanna held the position of Senior National HR Business Partner from April 2018 to February 2022, and earlier served as the National HR Business Partner from December 2009 to February 2022.

Joanna's early career included roles at Hyder Consulting as an HR Coordinator from August 2008 to 2009, and at Bateman Engineering Inc. as an HR Officer from April 2008 to September 2008.

Joanna also gained experience at Oliver Wyman as an HR Generalist and Recruitment Specialist from 2006 to December 2007, and at Hudson as a Candidate Manager from July 2003 to February 2006.

Joanna started their career at Robert Walters as a Recruitment Coordinator from 2001 to 2002, and at Hamilton James & Bruce as a Recruitment Coordinator from 1998 to 2001.

Joanna Lavender completed their education at two institutions. From 1996 to 1998, they attended The University of Queensland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a double major in English and Communication. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, Joanna attended All Hallows' School, although the specific degree and field of study during this period are unknown.
