Lucas Kulawik has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Lucas began their career in 1998 as a Business Systems Analyst/Programmer at GBST, where they worked until 2001. From 2002 to 2003, they served as a Purchasing and Manufacturing Analyst at Cochlear. In 2004, Lucas joined QIC as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst until 2010. Lucas then joined Wilson HTM Investment Group, where they held the positions of Head Business Analyst from 2010 to 2012 and Solution Architect from 2012 to 2013. Lucas worked as a Senior Business Advisor at Queensland Treasury Corporation from 2013 to 2015. After that, they became an Implementation Specialist - Project Manager at Cogility for a few months. Finally, in 2015, they returned to QIC as a Senior Business Analyst, their current role.

Lucas Kulawik began their education at Brisbane State High School, where they attended from 1991 to 1994. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The University of Queensland starting in 1995.
