Mandy Merrifield

Mandy Merrifield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, learning and capability development. Currently a Learning & Capability Development Specialist at QIC since February 2024, Mandy also serves as a Self Leadership Coach and Hypnotherapist at Simply Well Me, and a Leadership Coach at The Objective Leader. Previous roles include capability and development management at Gilbert + Tobin, talent and capability management at King & Wood Mallesons, and various coaching and training positions at IAG, Aristocrat, Woolworths Group, and ACT Government. Mandy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Queensland and is pursuing further education in Human Resources & Psychology at Deakin University, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Organisational Development at the University of New South Wales.
