Steven Fletcher has a work experience spanning several years. Steven started their career at Commonwealth Bank in 2000 as a Research Officer, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they joined QIC and held various roles including Property Investment Analyst from December 2002 to May 2007, Property Portfolio Analyst from May 2007 to September 2011, Manager Capital Transactions from September 2011 to July 2021, and currently, they serve as a Senior Manager Capital Transactions since July 2021. Throughout their tenure at QIC, Steven has been responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, asset management, and technical modeling support.

Steven Fletcher attended Brisbane Grammar School for their secondary education. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics. Later on, they continued their education at QUT and earned a Master of Applied Finance degree. Additionally, in May 2012, Steven obtained certification as a Valuer in the State of Queensland from the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland.
