Zoe Mepham

Manager- Client Delivery at QIC

Zoe Mepham has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Zoe started their career at Gartmore Investment Management in 1997 as a Marketing Assistant before progressing to a Consultant Relationship Manager. Zoe then moved to Aviva Investors in 2003, where they held the role of Head of Consultant Relationships until 2009. In 2009, Zoe worked at Macquarie as an Adviser Client Services.

Following this, Zoe joined Springfield Lakes Cheeky Monkeys Playgroup in 2012 as a Co-ordinator, responsible for managing the playgroup's administration and organizing events. During their time there, the playgroup received recognition as Playgroup of the Year from Playgroup QLD in 2014. Zoe continued their career at QIC, starting as a Client Services Assistant in 2016 and progressing to various roles, including Client Services Consultant, Client Services Associate in GRE, Client Services Manager for Global Real Estate, and Client Delivery Associate. Zoe currently holds the position of Senior Associate in Client Delivery, starting in 2023. At QIC, Zoe's responsibilities include client reporting, addressing client queries, and updating internal systems with client information.

Zoe Mepham's education history includes a certificate in bookkeeping from TAFE Queensland South West, which they obtained between the years 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
