Pau Puigpelat Barrado has extensive work experience in various roles spanning different industries. Starting in 2009, Pau worked as a Project Assistant at DOYMO, where they were responsible for developing an European project for the City of Vitoria and assisting in the redaction of the Mobility Plan of the Regions of Girona. In 2011, they interned at Hilti as a Process Engineering intern. Pau then joined Vodafone in 2012 as a Resourcing & Employer Branding intern. From 2013 to 2019, Pau worked at McKinsey & Company, starting as a Business Analyst and progressing to roles such as Associate Consultant, Junior Engagement Manager, and finally Engagement Manager. In 2019, Pau became the CEO of ALEA, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they serve as the COO at QIDA, a home-care company.
Pau Puigpelat Barrado's education history includes completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at IESE Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Pau completed a Master of Science program in Management, Technology, and Economics at ETH Zürich from 2010 to 2011.
