Hendrik Meiring

Hendrik Meiring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and cost control within the construction and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Contracts at Qiddiya since December 2022, Hendrik previously held the position of Senior Commercial Manager at JLL MENA, focusing on hospitality assets. With a strong background in cost management, including roles at Hisham Abdulrahman Jaffer where responsibilities encompassed post and pre-contract management for luxury villas and hotels, Hendrik has developed expertise in project budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. Early career experience includes positions at BTKM and Sefanutti & Bressan Civils, contributing to both commercial and residential projects. Hendrik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
