Mike Wolff

Mike Wolff is an experienced professional in security, resilience, and legal recruitment with a diverse career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Security & Resilience at Qiddiya since July 2023, Mike previously held the title of Partner at Control Risks from August 2006 to July 2023, where leadership roles included managing the Washington DC office and Southeast USA Geo-Market. Prior to that, Mike was the Head of Legal & Regulatory Recruitment at RP International, establishing a recruitment function focused on UAE para state organizations and international telecom firms. Mike's earlier career involved working as a Director at Hogarth Davies Lloyd, where recruitment involved senior lawyers for prestigious financial institutions and law firms, and serving as a Captain in the British Army, marked by leadership during a United Nations tour in Bosnia. Mike's educational background includes advanced studies at Harvard Business School and a degree in International Politics & Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University.
