Noushadali Kayalmadathil MRICS, PMP, serves as the Executive Director of the Development Management Office at Qiddiya, overseeing the commercial operations of the Golf and Equestrian districts. With a background that includes significant roles such as Senior Director of Commercial and Director of Project Controls at Qiddiya, Noushadali has been instrumental in the development of mixed-use districts and the Sports & Wellness District under the Qiddiya Development Program. Previous experience includes Senior Project Controls Manager at KEO International Consultants, managing project controls for FIFA Compliant projects for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, and various project management roles at notable organizations such as Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort and CH2M HILL. Noushadali holds an M Tech in Construction Engineering and Management from Manipal Academy and a B Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
