Alex Sonnabend

Alex Sonnabend has a diverse range of work experience spanning across various industries. In 2010, they started their career as a Night Auditor at Embassy Suites and later worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at The Stanley Hotel in 2011. In the same year, they became a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Peaks Resort & Spa.

Moving into the software industry, Sonnabend worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at The Ashvins Group in 2013 and as a Software Quality Engineer at TracFone Wireless from 2013 to 2014. Alex then joined Agilysys as a Field Implementation Specialist from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Sonnabend transitioned into financial consulting and worked as a Financial Consultant at 305 Fitness for a year. Following that, they joined QikServe in 2017 as an Operations and Support Consultant until 2019.

In 2020, Sonnabend resumed their career as a Business Analyst at Zonal Retail Data Systems for a few months before returning to QikServe as a Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner at QikServe starting from October 2021.

Throughout their career, Sonnabend has shown a strong ability to collaborate with various teams, gather customer requirements, and manage product backlogs.

Alex Sonnabend obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Edinburgh Napier University, attending from 2017 to 2019.
