Andy Edwards

Andy Edwards has several years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Andy started their career at Craneware in 2011 as a Technical Author, where they worked until 2013. Andy then joined Flexiant as a Product Manager, managing the translation of strategic business objectives into deliverable product increments. Andy also oversaw the management of outsourced development teams and handled technical documentation and training. In 2016, Andy moved to Xedo Software, where they worked as a Product Owner, responsible for translating business objectives into independently deliverable product increments. This included tasks such as backlog management, requirements gathering, and roadmap creation. Andy joined QikServe in 2018, initially as a Business Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Product Owner. Currently, they are responsible for product ownership and management, utilizing agile methodologies and skills such as user story authoring and prioritization of issues.

Andy Edwards attended the University of Aberdeen from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Language and Literature. Andy then went on to the University of St Andrews from 2007 to 2009, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Language and Literature. In November 2018, Andy obtained certification as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum.org.
