Christian Milton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christian is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at QikServe, where they focus on SaaS B2B post-sales support for enterprise customers. Prior to this, they worked at Backroads in multiple roles, including Regional Expert - Management and Ops, Trip Expert - Internal Project Management and Operations, and Trip Leader. In these roles, they managed operations, mentored new employees, developed itineraries, and ensured customer satisfaction. Before Backroads, Christian was a Scottish Renewables Team Assistant at Energy Saving Trust, where they worked on government-funded projects to promote renewable energy systems and efficiency measures. Christian also worked as an English Teacher at the Maryland Institute and Speech, where they built relationships with students and tailored courses to their individual needs.
Christian Milton completed their education at the University of Nottingham from 2008 to 2011, earning a BA Hons degree in Geography with Business. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they attended Merchiston Castle School and obtained A levels in Geography, Politics, and Religious Studies (Philosophy & Ethics).
In addition to their academic qualifications, Christian also obtained several certifications. In March 2023, they achieved the APM - Project Fundamentals Qualification from Oxford College of Leadership & Management. Christian also completed various courses on Agile methodologies and product management through LinkedIn, including "Transitioning to Product Management," "Agile Foundations," "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team," "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings," "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories," and "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management," all obtained in March 2020.
