Marcelo Cavalca started their work experience in 2012 as an Estagiário at PREEL, where they worked until November 2012. In 2013, they joined INPE as an estagiário for a period of six months. In 2017, they started working at Preoday as an Operations Executive, and they currently hold this position. In 2020, Marcelo joined QikServe as a Customer Success Analyst, a role they continue to hold.

Marcelo Cavalca completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Itajubá between 2015 and 2019. Prior to this, they pursued a Technical degree in Industrial Informatics from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2010 to 2012.
