Oliver White has extensive work experience in customer success and business development roles. Oliver is currently the Head of Customer Success at QikServe since 2020. Prior to that, Oliver worked at Preoday for 9 years, where they held the position of Head of Customer Success and was responsible for onboarding, operations, and client support across various industries, as well as assisting the sales team. Oliver also served as a Business Development Manager at Preoday, contributing to the company's growth and success. Before joining Preoday, Oliver worked as a System Administrator at the same company. In addition to their professional experience, Oliver has worked as the Music Editor for The Durham University Bubble and as a Freelance Music Journalist, running their own music blog.
Oliver White attended Cheltenham College from 2004 to 2009, where they completed their A Levels in English, History, and Latin. Following this, they enrolled at Durham University from 2010 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
