Jorge Sebastian Scheggia, M.B.A. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jorge Sebastian began their career at LATAM Airlines in 2008, where they held various leadership positions. As the VP Handling Lan Cargo Northern Region, they oversaw the cargo handling operation in more than 60 different stations in the northern hemisphere and Oceania. Jorge Sebastian led the transformation of handling departments for continuous improvement and was responsible for managing a P&L of $70M. Jorge also served as the VP Handling Lan Cargo NA East Coast, Director East Coast Operations, Senior Manager Export Handling Operations, and Cargo Aircraft Network Senior Manager.
