Julian Jennings

Julian Jennings is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist currently at Madison Group Enterprises since February 2023. Previously, Julian held roles at MinterEllison, including Organisational Development Consultant and Organisational Development Adviser, where responsibilities included leading projects focused on organizational culture and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Coordinator at Energy Queensland, managing training for contractors, and as Training, OHS & HR Coordinator at Open Country Dairy Ltd, where responsibilities involved developing training programs and HR initiatives. Julian holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Canterbury.
