Kate Gersekowski

Kate G. is a Senior Research Assistant (Biostatistician) at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute since March 2021, with prior experience as a Data Analyst at the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare from January 2018 to February 2021. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Ambassador during which duties involved conducting campus tours and presentations for prospective students at James Cook University, as well as working as a PASS Leader for first-year courses and assisting in research projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Science (Honours) in Statistics from James Cook University.
