Brian Soper

Brian Soper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and defense-related roles, currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Program Manager at QinetiQ US since April 2023, where expertise is applied to support Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense.
