Joe Phelan

Joe Phelan is an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing and testing within various industries, including biopharmaceuticals and electronics. Currently serving at QinetiQ North America since August 2017, Joe has previously held supervisory roles at Proven Process Medical Devices, Electrochem Solutions, Millipore Corporation, and Texas Instruments, Inc. Joe's expertise includes managing teams in ISO9002 and GMP certified environments, overseeing manufacturing operations, and ensuring product quality. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, obtained between 1987 and 1992, and a high school diploma from Blackstone-Millville Regional Junior Senior High School.
