Tom Vecchiolla

Tom Vecchiolla is an accomplished aerospace and defense industry executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive at QinetiQ US since January 2025, Vecchiolla has held significant positions including Independent Director at Gencor Industries, Inc. and Founder of Artisan Consulting, LLC. Previous leadership roles include Chairman and CEO of First Light Acquisition Group, President and CEO of ST Engineering North America, and President of Raytheon International, Inc., where efforts focused on international business development.
