Martin Visser

Martin Visser has extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement across various industries. Martin is currently the Group Supply Chain & Procurement Lead - Major Equipment & Investments at QinetiQ, a role they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Group Supply Chain & Procurement Lead - Air & Space from July 2019 to August 2022. From January 2019 to June 2019, they worked as the Procurement Lead - Defence Training at QinetiQ. Before joining QinetiQ, Martin was a Strategic Procurement Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from April 2014 to January 2017. Martin also has experience as a Business Development Manager and Global Bid Manager at Hemmersbach GmbH & Co. KG from August 2012 to March 2014 and November 2011 to March 2014, respectively. Additionally, Martin held multiple roles at QBS Software from 2003 to 2011, including Commercial Manager, Purchasing and Pricing Manager, and Pricing & Licensing Manager. Martin began their career as a Procurement Officer at Federal Mogul Aftermarket from July 1997 to December 2002 and previously worked in sales and marketing at Dozer Parts from February 1996 to June 1997.

Martin Visser attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Informatics.
