Cmilja Tucaković

Cmilja Tucaković has extensive work experience in procurement and workplace management. Cmilja is currently serving as the Global Head of Procurement and Workplace at Qinshift since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Endava as the Group Procurement Manager from September 2021 to January 2023. Cmilja also has a long-standing association with IBM, where they held various roles such as Procurement chapter Lead for Technical Services, CEE; Procurement Lead - Serbia; CEE&MEA Technical Subcontracting Sourcing Lead; Procurement Team Leader for the Adriatic region, and Procurement Specialist. Cmilja worked in the finance department at IBM before transitioning to procurement. Before joining IBM, Cmilja worked in the risk department at Banca Intesa Beograd from June 2007 to May 2008.

Cmilja Tucaković holds a Master's degree in Banking, finance, and insurance from the Ekonomski fakultet, Univerzitet u Beogradu. Cmilja also has a Master's degree in Economic Law from the Pravni fakultet, Univerzitet u Beogradu. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2020.
