Danijela Kuzmanovic

Danijela Kuzmanovic is a seasoned professional in recruitment and business development with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Manager at Qinshift since September 2023, Danijela previously held the same title at Seavus from January 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included designing recruitment processes, implementing social media strategies, and overseeing business development activities. Danijela began the career at ComTrade Group, working in recruitment and onboarding, as well as resource development, while also managing training initiatives. Danijela holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Faculty of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Economics from the Faculty of Management and Faculty of Economics, respectively.
