Frank Vester

Frank Vester is an experienced professional in environmental management, currently serving as an Omgevingsmanager at Qirion since September 2025. Prior to this role, Frank held several positions at Rijkswaterstaat from May 2019 to September 2025, including Senior Adviseur Omgevingsmanagement, where responsibilities included advising on the broadening of the A20 project and managing multiple environmental projects.
