Hadi Rahmad

Hadi Rahmad has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the tech industry. Hadi began their career as a Medical Sales Representative at SkyQuest Pte Ltd in 2009 before moving on to become a Pharmaceutical Sales professional at Novo Nordisk from 2012 to 2015. Hadi then ventured into entrepreneurship, founding the company halalonclick, where they successfully utilized technology to support local small merchants and increase their sales.

In 2015, Hadi became the Chief Executive Officer of ABJD.CO PTE LTD, an Online-to-Offline platform company that aimed to streamline the buying experience for customers. Hadi led the company's efforts in integrating technology and simplifying business processes for traditional retail merchants.

Continuing their career in the tech industry, Hadi joined WhatsHalal in 2018 as the Director of Business Development, responsible for driving business and market growth internationally. Hadi played a significant role in developing sales strategies, expanding market share, and executing network deployment plans.

Hadi's next role was as the Regional Commercial Manager at Qiscus - Customer Engagement Platform, where they led the transformation of business strategy into regionally relevant marketing campaigns and collaborated with partners to drive revenue and growth.

Hadi later became the Head of Partnership & Commercial at Qiscus, overseeing the company's multi-layered relationships with software integrators and technology partners across Southeast Asia. Hadi also served as the Head of Business, leading the channel and direct sales teams to increase revenue and grow the company's partner network.

Throughout their career, Hadi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of business development and commercial strategies.

Hadi Rahmad's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Pioneer Junior College. Hadi studied Biology, General during their time there. After completing their education at Pioneer Junior College, Hadi went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Management at the University of Bradford. Hadi studied at the university from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Hadi has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In June 2020, they earned the Certified Agile Leadership I certification from Scrum Alliance. In the same month, they also obtained the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate from IBM. In May 2020, Hadi received the Certificate of Infection Prevention and Control for Healthcare Support from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Furthermore, in November 2019, they obtained the Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS) - QT2 certification from Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura. Most recently, in August 2021, Hadi obtained two certifications related to Strategic Partnerships, one from LinkedIn and another specifically focused on Ecosystems and Platforms.
