Ratih Apriliana has the following work experience:

- From June 2020 to present, they worked as a Solution and Support Specialist at Qiscus - Multichannel Conversation Platform. Ratih'sresponsibilities included assisting clients with their requests, questions, and issues. Additionally, they led meetings with clients who were using their product.

- From October 2017 to July 2020, they worked as a Marketing Communications specialist at Suara Merdeka Group.

- From December 2018 to November 2019, they participated in the Marketing - Great People Internship Program (GPIP) at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, where they were involved in data input, analysis, and reporting on sales performance.

Ratih Apriliana pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Diponegoro University between the years 2015 and 2016.
