Brianna Balli

Brianna Balli has a diverse work experience in the field of software business analysis and operations processing. Brianna started their career at Wells Fargo Financial as an Operations Processor from December 2010 to May 2012. Brianna then joined Cigna Supplemental Benefits as a Business Analysis Specialist from May 2012 to March 2014, where they played a crucial role in supporting over 40 applications and converting task scheduler data. Currently, they are working at QLAdmin Solutions, where they have held two roles since March 2014. As a Software Business Analyst, they are responsible for querying data using SQL and Microsoft Access for reporting purposes, as well as supporting clients in policy administration, custom reports, and backend data manipulation. Brianna has since been promoted to the role of Senior Software Business Analyst, where they focus on establishing QLAdmin's SDLC and providing software support to numerous clients.
