Barb Young Vogt

Barb Young Vogt currently serves as the Global Sales Enablement Lead, Data Analytics Content Strategist and Trainer at Qlik, starting in January 2024. Previously, at OpenText, Barb held the position of Sales Enablement Manager from December 2022 to January 2024. At Datassential, from May 2021 to September 2022, Barb functioned as the Director of Sales Operations & Sales Enablement, where notable achievements included the creation of sales processes and training, consolidation of the sales and marketing tech stack, and development of a learning management system that produced 75 digital lessons. Barb also enhanced the Business Development Team's performance and played a pivotal role in team integration post-acquisition. Prior experiences include leadership roles at Fishbowl, Hospitality Management Systems, New Theatre Restaurant, Professional Ordering Systems, Rewards Network, Allied International, and Resources in Food. Barb holds degrees from Webster University and Black Hawk College.
