Jim Bignell possesses extensive experience in customer success and portfolio management across multiple high-profile companies. Currently at Qlik since January 2019, Jim leads the strategy and portfolio design for the Customer Success Services organization, facilitating a transition to a subscription-based economy. Prior to Qlik, Jim served at Veritas Technologies LLC from January 2016 to May 2018, focusing on service strategy and program management for the Customer Success portfolio. At Symantec, from November 2007 to January 2016, Jim managed product development for a substantial portion of the Enterprise Services Business valued at $4.4 billion. Previous experience includes roles in product marketing and management at BEA Systems, overseeing a $600 million services business, and various positions at HP in sales and alliances from 1993 to 2003. Jim holds a BA Hons degree in Economics from Swansea University.
