Marcus Svensson is an experienced user researcher with a robust academic background in sociology and management, holding a Ph.D. from King's College London. Currently serving as the Lead User Researcher at Qlik since December 2015, Marcus previously held positions as a Senior User Researcher at the same company, as well as a UX Strategist at inUse Experience AB from September 2008 to December 2015. Prior roles include Associate Professor at Blekinge Institute of Technology and Research Fellow in the Work, Interaction and Technology Group at King's College London. Marcus also possesses advanced degrees in Computer Science with a focus on human work science from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
