Tiffany Clem

Tiffany Clem possesses extensive experience in human resources and people systems, holding various director-level positions at companies such as Qlik, Talend, and Cadence Design Systems, where responsibilities included operations and analytics as well as HRIM. Prior to these roles, Tiffany served as a compensation workforce analytics manager at Altera and began a career in technical recruiting at Chingari. Tiffany obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University, with studies completed from 1991 to 1995.
