Xiao Ai

Xiao Ai is a technology professional with extensive experience in quantum engineering and optical systems. As Co-founder and CTO at QLM Technology Ltd since October 2017, Xiao Ai leads the development of innovative camera systems for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions. Prior to this role, Xiao Ai served as a Quantum Technology Enterprise Fellow and Senior Research Associate at the University of Bristol, focusing on quantum technology commercialization and remote sensing instrumentation. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Optical Engineer at OptaSense Ltd, where expertise in fibre optics and complex signal processing was applied, as well as participation in a European project on semiconductor laser sources for space applications. Xiao Ai holds a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Bristol. Additionally, Xiao Ai was a Director at Horizon Expression Ltd., contributing to the establishment of the UK subsidiary of zjb.
