Diane Fiddle

Diane Fiddle serves as General Counsel at Qloo since October 2024, contributing to executive leadership and overseeing legal functions to promote scalability and growth in areas such as commercial contracts, AI, and privacy. Previously, Diane held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Corsearch from January 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed global legal guidance, risk compliance, and corporate governance. Diane's earlier experience includes founding a legal consulting practice and serving as Senior Counsel at notable firms like Diageo and Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, focusing on intellectual property across diverse industries. Diane holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) specializing in Intellectual Property Law from Emory University School of Law and additional degrees from the University of Michigan and Fordham University School of Law.
