MaKisha M.

MaKisha M.'s work experience begins in 1999 when they joined the United States Air Force as a SSGT. Security Forces until 2007. MaKisha then transitioned to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they held two roles: Human Resources from 2011 to 2013 and Veterans Service Representative from 2009 to 2011. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Resources at YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office) until 2019. Following that, in 2020, they worked at Bambee as a Human Resources Account Manager until 2022. In the same year, they joined Know Moore HR Consulting Firm as the Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are the VP of Administration at QLTV+.

MaKisha M. completed their education starting from 2006 to 2010 at The University of Alabama, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2010 to 2012, they furthered their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning an i-Health degree with a focus on Adult Development and Aging. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Northwestern University.
