Koby Grinberg

Koby Grinberg has more than 15 years of experience in various roles within the technology and innovation industry. Koby started their career as a PLM Team Leader in the IDF and later became an IT Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to Atal, IDF, where they served as a Process Improvement Manager, focusing on lean management, quality assurance, and process improvement projects. In 2015, Koby joined Division 99, IDF as the Head of Information Systems section, leading a team of 25 professionals and managing a significant budget. During their tenure, they upgraded software and infrastructures, introduced the first Azure Project, and established relationships with companies in the IT industry. Currently, Koby is the Business Development Manager for Qmarkets, promoting the company's corporate innovation and idea management platforms to the Israeli market.

Koby Grinberg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, General from Bar-Ilan University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.
