Yael Braha has worked in various customer success and managerial roles throughout their career. Yael started working at Reshet.tv in 2014 as a QA Manager and held this position until September 2016.
In 2016, Yael transitioned to Webpals Mobile, where they initially worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager from September 2016 to June 2018. Yael then took on the role of Customer Success Team Lead from June 2018 to March 2019, and subsequently became the Customer Success Group Lead from March 2019 to February 2020.
Currently, Yael is employed at Qmarkets as a Customer Success Manager, starting in October 2020.
Yael Braha completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication from Tel Aviv University, starting in 2010 and finishing in 2013. In 2015, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from The College of Management Academic Studies, completing it in 2017.
