Anna Trinh

With over 15 years of experience in business and securities law, Ms. Trinh provides advice and counsel to technology start-ups and other small and medium sized businesses in all areas of corporate, commercial and securities law, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and going public transactions. Prior to moving into private practice, Ms. Trinh served as Chief Financial Officer and in-house corporate counsel to a publicly traded medical device company with responsibility for regulatory and other compliance filings and general corporate finance and governance matters. She currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer for a private company that provides infrastructure and liquidity for digital assets.
